Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Color Harmony Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

 

Color Harmony Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Cancellations Policy

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please request for cancellations via email, hello@colourharmonydesign.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Color Harmony Designs, each product is carefully crafted and curated to bring joy to your life. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

  • We understand that mistakes happen! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@colorharmonydesigns.com with your order number.

  • After 24 hours, your order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send an email to hello@colorharmonydesigns.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and packaging for review. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
